It shows second picture, but not when you have it behind the grill. I put black tape over the white Blaupunkt logo. The Blaupunks stick out just a bit more than the stock speakers, I'd guess about 3/32, but the bulge isn't visible and all the door snaps went in without problems. The door panels went back on without problems. I did NOT have to drill holes to mount the new speakers. I also had to get slightly longer screws for the speakers. The driver specified depth is 1.69", and I had to use a 1/8" foam spacers to make them fit. The drivers went into the stock location in the front doors. I installed the tweeters and crossovers in the stock dash speaker locations. I bought them online for an easy $60/pair, supposedly on sale from $130/pair. I was looking for something that would hide behind the stock grills, but would still sound noticeably better than stock. If you're looking for great speakers, these aren't them. They fit nicely behind the stock grills, and I didn't need to drill a single hole. I just finished installing the Blaupunk THC650 6.5" speakers into my 94 LC.
